The Riparian Preserve: Featherston Family

I am so happy to have this family infront of my camera.  Each time I get them there Walter has grown a little bit more.  I did his newborn pictures then we did some more around his 6 month birthday and now he is just shy of a year and a half!  He and I have both grown so much though he may have been annoyed that I kept calling him Wyatt which is Kyle’s best friend Zoey’s little brother.  Sorry Walter to many w’s around.  I love getting together with Dallas and Robbin they are so cute together, I am so happy Robbin came into Dallas’ life.  Here are a few of my favorites from their family session.  We had so many cute ones from their family mini!

The Riparian Preserve: Grandparents Session

How special is it to get the grandparents in the frame.  I jump all over an opportunity to capture grandparents with their grandkids.  This time was no different Nicole contacted me to capture her parents with the kids before her dad has to return to Canada after visiting his newest grand-daughter.  I always love hanging with Charlie, Jack, and the newest member Ella.  Everyone did a wonderful job, you have to be fast when it comes to toddlers they don’t sit still long but Jack did an awesome job.  Here are a few of my favorites from their grandparents session.

Apache Junction: Meek Newborn Twins

I was very excited and nervous at the same time as the Meek Twins were my very first set of twins.  Lyncoln and Lyla were so cute but definitely a different challenge.  They kept mom and I laughing though as we would get one calmed down and the other would get upset but in the end I think we were able to get some pictures that mom and dad can look back on and enjoy.  We were also able to do a film for this session and I am so excited that I am able to offer these to my newborn and fresh48 clients.  Here are some of my favorites plus her film.

Shea Wash, Scottsdale: Rathbun Family Session

Last year I got together with Cassie and her family and man how much have her kids changed over the year.  Bryson was so sweet he absolutely being in front of the camera.  I had so much fun Avery was a little shy but as soon as we started exploring she was so happy.  This family is such a sweet family, and I absolutely loved this location.  Sometimes you see pictures and you see the dreamy location only to find out it is a wash off of a busy street.  I want to go back!

Nichols Park: Valentine’s Day Minis!

2019 is going to be great year I just know it. And to kick off 2019 I held a morning of Valentine’s Day Minis and I had some of the cutest kiddos come out for it! I had 4 families participate and I think we had a lot of fun. For a few it was their first Valentine’s Day.

Chandler In-Home: Patton Family

So when Rachael and I talked about what she wanted to do for her family session she had expressed an interest in doing pictures in front of their christmas tree.  So we came up with this fun idea to have her family decorate their tree before we took family pictures.  It was fun doing some lifestyle pictures for them as this was there first Christmas in the desert.  So here are some of the pictures from their in-home lifestyle session.

Family Session:| Kirsch family Riparian Reserve at Water Ranch

What a nice night with the Kirsch family.  We had a nice sunset at the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch.  The nice sunset and Kayla’s pretty blue dress helped to make her Sunset hair standout.

I am so happy that I have gotten to know Kayla as a friend and miss Bailey has quickly become one of my kids favorites.  We are going to miss them when they move back to Florida.

Family: Nunez Family Session at Scorpion Gulch

I was so excited to take the Nunez family pictures.  I was contacted by Kim Nunez about capture some pictures of her grand kids.  I was excited because one of her grand kids I had known from when I attended her church 5 years ago.

Jessie and Joey and their children were so much fun.  Ellie was definitely the star of the show, and I could not believe how much Gunner had grown over the years I remember him as this cute little 5 year old and now he is a handsome 9 year-old.  We headed to Scorpion Gulch and it was an excellent back drop for their family session.  There were just so many different places that we could capture their pictures.  Family sessions are always so much fun, working with little ones is my favorite!

Mommy & Me: Huyett Ladies

I am super lucky to have these ladies in my life.  They entered it 5 years ago when we purchased our first home.  They are our neighbors and good friends.

I was so excited to take the ladies out to capture some pictures for Janel’s mother’s day gift.  We decided to head down to downtown Gilbert.  There was this one hallway that in particular that I wanted to find and it definitely worked for what we wanted!
