Papago Park: Rathbun Family

Cassie and I use to work together on the same show at channel 12.  It was fun getting to work with their family again.  Avery is such a cute and Bryson is getting so big.  It is fun to watch their family grow.  It was such a pleasure capturing some more photos of their family this past fall.  Enjoy some more from their session at Papago Park.

Papago Park: Hewitson Family

Let me introduce you the the Hewitson Family.  They are so sweet Sherry and I met through a moms group in Chandler, and her daughter Meadow is in between the ages of my kids.  Here husband Tony has been working in California for a couple of months so getting them together was special.  I am so happy that we were able to find a time when Tony was in town to grab a quick family session.  So here are some more fun pictures from their session.

Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch: The Robbinson Family

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Marissa, Tiffany and their kiddos over the last year.  I am so happy that they asked me to do some fall pictures for their family and I know going into it Marissa’s main goal was to have one picture where both boys were looking and I think we accomplished that so it was a win win.  Both Tiffany and Marissa have their hands full with their full of life boys.  I am not sure how they do it my one boy keeps me on my toes I can’t not imagine with 2.  I my heart goes out to all the boy moms out there.    I hope that you can tell through these pictures how much fun we had!

Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch: Hendrick Family

I was so excited to photography the Hendrick family again.  Jordyn was so kind to let me come and do a Fresh 48hr Session after Case was born.  I was so happy to hear from her husband Drew who wanted to do a fall session for Jordyn for her birthday that was in Oct.  I mean how sweet is he?

Asher was having a typical day for any 2-year-old his favorite word was no but I think that managed to get a couple of good photos with him them.  Jordyn’s mom was also in town so it was fun to get her in a few of the photographs also.  Michelle is so sweet I see were Jordyn gets her sweetness.  Thank you to the Hendricks family for always being so sweet!

Scorpion Gulch: Staten Family

I was so excited about this family!  Back in the spring after my family moved back to Arizona she told me how excited she was to have me capture her family this fall which made me so excited!

So around came fall and I got to photographer her beautiful family.  Lee has two very pretty girls and together Julia and Lee have a very cute and sassy 4-year-old.  And lets just face it Julia and Lee are very beautiful people so together their family is gorgeous!  Check out some of the pictures from their session.

Lost Dutchman Pass: Brock Family

I can’t speak for Tiffany but for me she has become a fast new friend.  We meet I would say a few months after we moved back to the valley and I think we became instant friends (mean who knows she probably thinks I am crazy most do lol).  Kate and Taylor have become fast friends they ask if each other are going to be at play dates.

Tiffany is a fellow photographer and lets just say shooting a fellow photographer is intimidating and the best all at the same time.   I think sometimes photographers make fellow photographers jobs so easy especially when you find the one that meets you needs and meshes with you.  Tiffany and I have what I feel are similar styles.  Kate is a ham she made this session so easy.  And Joel was also well behaved and cooperative.  Anyways I think I have gone on long enough about this family so here are some fabulous pictures.brock_family_mini_blog-2brock_family_mini_blog-3brock_family_mini_blog-4brock_family_mini_blog-5brock_family_mini_blog-6brock_family_mini_blog-7brock_family_mini_blog-8brock_family_mini_blog-9brock_family_mini_blog-10brock_family_mini_blog-11brock_family_mini_blog-12brock_family_mini_blog-13brock_family_mini_blog-14brock_family_mini_blog-15

Fresh 48: Baby Bryson

I was so excited about this fresh 48 session.  I use to work with Mama Cassie back in my TV days so it was so good to hear from her and the exciting news that she was expecting her second child a baby boy.  She had talked about wanting to do something a little different this time and liked the idea of a fresh 48 session.

We planned the session around when her daughter would get to come see her baby brother for the first time.  As a mama of 2 I know that you never know how this meeting is going to go.  Avery wasn’t quite sure at first really it was mostly about wanting to see mommy which is completely understandable.  We were able to capture some touching moments though and as I have said before Fresh 48 is one of my favorite sessions.  There is something so special about the first 48 hours of a baby’s life.  Here are a few of my favorites of Baby Bryson (just barely 6 hours old) and his family!!!

Taylor Turned 5

I should have done this blog a while ago since she has now been 5 for 2 months. I think I am still in denial that my baby is 5 years old and in Kindergarten.  So none the less here it is I guess better late than never.  We headed over to Nichols Park to catch a pretty sunset and to also have a little green going on now that we live in the desert.

This little girl has been through quite a few moves in her time on this earth but we are so thankful to have been able to give her the experiences that she has had.  In the last year she started preschool, she spent a lot of time at the happiest place on earth, and she has become quite the little model.  When we went to do her pictures we were quickly running out of light but this girl just wanted to keep going.  The sun was gone and the light was leaving us quickly but Taylor in all her optimism wanted to keep going there was still light.  Well here are just a few of my favorite from her 5 year session.
